No Patterned Papers @ I ❤️ ProMarkers

Good Morning Friends and Followers.
I hope I’ve done things right this time to get the post scheduled on time. Sometimes it works just fine - other times I mess it up…
Anyway, I try to post my DT-entry for the new challenge over at
I ❤️ ProMarkers

I hope many of you will join us for this challenge, which has the theme
No Patterned Papers

Sponsor for this weeks challenge is
Visible Image

No Patterned Papers - a rather tricky challenge, I thought at first. But having thought it over a little while I had the plan for my card.
I’ve used cardstock from Bazzill, an embossingfolder from Cuttlebug («Snowflakes») and dies from Spellbinders, Wild Rose Studio and KaBoks.
I inked all edges with DistressInk WalnutStain.
The little penguin image is from Magnolia - of course it’s coloured with ProMarkers
(Warm Grey 1-5, Pumpkin, Arctic Blue, Pastel Blue and Blender).
I sprinkled on a little Frantage around the image («Chunky White» and  «Shabby White»).
All dies-parts are put together with 3D-foam pads.
Inside the card I stamped and embossed (silver embossingpowder) a christmasgreeting with one of the new stamps from Papirdesign.
Here’s how my card turned out:

Snowflakes @ I ❤️ ProMarkers

Good Morning Friends and Fellow Crafters
Wednesday again - that means a new challenge at

This week we have two wonderful sponsors:

Who are offering 1 set of PMs

and

With a Prize of a £10 voucher

The theme for this weeks challenge is
Snowflakes

I have made a little Snowflake-hanging for this challenge.
The snowflakes are silvercoloured, so I used silvercoloured cord and a silvercoloured bead to put the two of them together.
I’ve used two digital images from My Besties, by Sherri Baldy. They’re printed quite small, so you can imagine the colouring was rather fiddly - but FUN!
Behind the images I put a little cheesecloth before I attached them to the snowflake shapes.
I also used lots of blingstones and Liquid Pearls (Opal White), some punched out, little snowflakes, a ribbonbow, some «diamonds on a string» (I have no idea what they’re called) and a banner with a stamped greeting.
Here it is, I hope you’ll like it:

Bling It Up @ My Besties

Hello again
It’s time for yet a new challenge over at
My Besties International

this time with the theme
Bling It Up
and as for all our challenges we have wonderful prizes:

To see all of Sherri Baldys images and other items, you can visit her shops:
Sherri’s Etsy Store
Scrapbook Stamp Society
My Besties Store

I have made a set with a christmascard and a gift-tag.
The card and tag are put into a cellophane envelope, for the envelope I made a header decorated the same way as the card and tag.
I’ve used IMG384 on all parts of the set.
This time I wanted to use blue, grey and white colours. Mostly because I «needed» to use that silvergrey lace - ever felt it like that; you find one thing that you just have to use, the work everything around that single item???

This is how it looks «wrapped up» - a nice, little calendargift, maybe :)

Halloween @ Storyteller

Good Morning, Crafters
After some really windy days, we’ve now had two calm, beautiful autumnal days at Røst.
I love this time of the year, with dark evenings when I can light candles, christmas is slowly nearing -but first it’s time for Halloween!
In Norway Halloween is a new tradition. Not everyone seem to like the «Trick and Treat’ing», but I really can’t see the big difference from the old, norwegian tradition «Julbokk», where people dressed up ond went singing around to each others houses in the days between christmas and new years eve…

The new challenge over at
Storyteller
has the challengetheme
Halloween
and/ or use Halloweencolours
(Black/ Purple/ Orange)

I have decorated an old chocolatebox.
Materials used for it:
Image: LaLaLand, coloured with ProMarkers
DPs: Graphic 45 «Steampunk Spells»
Dies: LaLaLand
Pearls: Storyteller
Letters (shown from the side): Making Memories
Feathers and metalembellishments from «the big drawer in my workdesk»

The top of the chocolatebox:

The box shown from the side:

I used DPs inside the box too:

I’ll join these fun challenges:
Crazy 4 Challenges #57 - Halloween Treats!
Simply Create Too #72 - Halloween
Crafting For All Seasons #87 - Too Cute To Spook
Ladybug Crafts - Autumn and/ or Halloween
Allways Something Creative #84 - Herbst/ Halloween

Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes, Optional extra is to make a treat holder or gift for Halloween

Autumn Colours @ I ❤️ ProMarkers

Good Morning, Friends and Followers.
As it’s Wednesday it’s time for a new challenge at
I ❤️ ProMarkers
and I’m here with my DT-card, hoping to inspire you to join us for it.

Sponsor for this weeks challenge is
The Paper Shelter

The theme for this challenge is
Autumn Colours

For me autumnal colours are those warm, deep, earthy tones; brown, orange, red, yellow… So I tried to keep my colouring and embellishments most in those colours.
I made my card with an image from Kenny K.
I don’t know what this cardfolding is called, but I really like it.

Use a Tag @ My Besties International

Good Morning, Friends.
I'm really sorry I'm a day lat with my DT post for the new challenge at My Besties International.
Sometimes familymatters just have to come first...
But, anyway, here's my posting with my project for the new challenge over at

and as always there are wonderful prizes

The theme for this challenge is
So make a tag, or use a tag on a card or whatever you’re project

For this challenge I’ve made a little «Chocolate-Card-Gift-Tag».
I have made several Chocolate Cards over the years, after the tutorial from Marianne at Mariannes Papirverden. Her tutorial is for the 100g chocolates. I’ve also made some for the bigger chocolates (200g). Whilst making some of the latest chocolate cards, I’ve been thinking that one could make for the smallest chocolatebars as well.
So I sat down with paper, pencil, ruler and eraser, and started measuring the little chocolatebar.
I'll put in a picture tutorial with the measurements for the little chocolatebar here in a few days.

I made the tag base out of kraft cardstock. DPs are from Majadesign. To decorate the tag I put together some spices and a little lace, and put a pink, little halfpearl in the corner.

Inside the "tag" there's place for the smallest sized milkchocolate bar. I stamped a little greeting inside. An organzaribbon i fastened underneath the DPs, to close the tag.

On the back "To - From" is stamped on. Here you also can see the eyelet where I put the twine through:

I'll enter these challenges:
That Craft Place - Shabby Chic
Brown Sugar #113 - Anything Goes
Fab ´n´ Funky #230 - Christmas
4 Crafty Girls #27 - Anything Goes
Kort o Mania #115 - Alt Går
Vintage Stamping #24 - Anything Goes
Christmas Card Challenges #44 - Anything goes
Completely Christmas #31 - Anything Goes

Distressing @ My Besties Norge

Hi again, dear friends.
Today there’s a new challenge at
My Besties Norge
This time with the theme
I have made a little Tag-/ Gift-/ Pocketcard for this challenge.
I’ve used a papaerpocket from Søstrene Grene, DPs from MajaDesign.
The dies are Magnolia DooHickeys.
I’ve also used some lace, twine, seambindingribbon, halfpearls, cheesecloth, a button and two little bells.
-And of course all paperedges are inked and teared and inked again.
The imagepanel is sewn to the backingpanel.
I «highlighted» some spots on the snowman with a little Glitterstickles.
Around the image I sprinkled on some Frantage Chunky White.

The tag inside the pocket has place for a giftcard…

…on the other side it has a little christmasgreeting

The back of the pocket has stamped «to - from»:
